Check out the video I posted, it covers most of the complaints. The only thing I didn't include was the TERRIBLE mounting hardware. Not very versatile and comfortable. I had to put in about 1" of spacers for the brackets to work and due to its design, it ALWAYS shows the bracket and the screws holding it. You have to screw the screen to the brackets, which means the screws should be rated as the last step. Always stands out. You CANNOT install this flush. Software is garbage. Half of the apps don't work at all. Android game NOT working. Youtube does NOT work. Maps/Navigation DOES NOT WORK. My wifi no longer connects and neither does bluetooth. Apps that work don't work properly. Super disappointing. Terrible product. Buy something else and save yourself the frustration.
