The right earpiece started to squeal after connecting and configuring. I initially found that to be offensive, but it's acceptable because I've used Samsung equipment for a while and they provide fantastic service. But since it wasn't there, I was not given a guarantee. The surgery (ear wax) that produced the squeak is still detectable on the headphones. They were unable to respond when I inquired where they should be inserted to prevent earwax from getting on them. It's unfortunate that such a straightforward matter would require an impartial investigation and court case to be decided.
