To reduce the size of the things I carry I keep my wallet and phone by just my phone in a case with a thin card holder (Driver's license, official ID, 1 credit card, bus pass). When I switched to the iPhone 11, I tried several cases, but I really liked this one. There's a handy external slot where I keep my work ID (we have a card reader for security and I can just wave my phone case at it and get in). You can keep up to two of your most used cards in there, and it's convenient and nothing will fall out. On the inside of the flap are two more card slots, one is for a driver's license/ID card with a see-through window and the other underneath is pushed forward slightly for easier access. Again, the slots hold everything in place but are easy to take out. There are two similar slits on the part of the case that fits snugly against the back of the phone. I don't use them, but they probably have similar functions. One of the reasons I don't put cards in this area is that I use a wireless charger and it works well if I lift the lid and leave the back of the case straight. against the charger. It charges well, but probably wouldn't if it had cards in it. The slim form factor, the convenience of only holding a few cards, and the ability to charge wirelessly were the main reasons I bought it, and it's great for all of those things. As for phone protection, I can't comment as I almost never drop my phone - a 5ft drop from a shelf onto carpeting with no issues, but I think any drop would work. I think there is basic protection, but if you're rough with your phone it probably won't be enough. I like that the front is raised slightly so the screen doesn't get scratched when the phone is placed face down on a reasonably flat surface. All buttons and functions work very well with this case for iPhone 11. I've had it for almost 3 months now and this case ticks all the boxes that were a priority for me. If you have similar priorities (thin flip case, wireless charging) then that's really great.
