I recently got a new glass hob and need new pans. I read so many reviews and looked at so many different styles. I was lucky enough to stumble across this set. While I didn't know the name had anything to do with cookware, the reviews were good and I needed something quick so I could use the new stove and not damage it. They arrived quickly and well packaged. I quickly washed them all and my first impression was that they were durable and nice to the touch. I have used most of them and love the 11 inch pan. and a saucepan 9.5 with a lid. Those are the two I use the most. Nothing sticks to them and they are EASY to clean. You can use the dishwasher but I prefer to just wash and put away. Another thing I was looking for was a pan that could be put in the oven. These meet this requirement. The handles heat up as expected, but I haven't had a pan that can be used on the stovetop and in the oven before, so this is a great feature. I would recommend them to everyone. We'll see how they hold up over time, but I'm sure I'll be using them for many years to come.
