In general the bag is not bad. I had to tie it to the frame fairly tightly as the angle was a bit small. However, it is not ideal for carrying your smartphone. An iPhone or a similarly sized device hardly fits in. And a flexible shoulder pad, if used, exposes these devices to pinch hazards. This was mainly for my smartphone as my other items are usually a credit card and ID. It costs >$5 to return, so I might keep it to myself and buy another under seat bag at Walmart for my camera. In addition, the bag is suitable for a regular wallet and a garage door opener.
