Easy and effective tool to improve productivity
I like how easy it was for me as an admin user, who had never used Slack before this integration (and still don't), but have been using JIRA since 2003! The ease of use makes getting started with our team so much easier than trying out new tools or platforms each time we need something different from what's already in place - especially when you're working remotely across multiple locations/states which can make communication difficult otherwise.
It would be great if there were more integrations available beyond just slack; however given its popularity amongst developers & other tech savvy people i'm sure they will add those soon enough :) Definitely try them first though because their support staff are very helpful even after hours during office closures etc. We've integrated into both internal communications within my organisation AND also external ones via Twitter handles such has @maqupieapp.
