Nearly perfect. for storing clothes and closets
I would give 5 stars but I have 2 small issues: - The arms only rotate about 35 degrees in each direction. This was unexpected as I have another from the same hangar that has the arms rotating more than 90 degrees. Why is it important? First, if you try to twist your arm too far, the strap will bend, making it look flimsy. I'm afraid it might break now. It's also nice to be able to rotate it 90 degrees and hold different pants to try on with a shirt. The lower part is not covered with rubber. Spring.
