Review on Cuisinart DCG 12BC Central Coffee Grinder by Chadwick Webster

So. This looks very nice on my kitchen counter, but this is the dirtiest coffee grinder I have ever used. There is a tiny gap between the detachable metal cup and the lid, and during the grinding the coffee grounds make their way between this gap, so when removing the lid there is no avoiding the grounds hitting the counter. , and usually only over the entire surface and edge of the grinder. I love the detachable mug that makes it easy to pour the coffee grounds into any coffee maker, but I hate the constant coffee confetti on every surface. This grinder is as noisy as any other grinder and while I didn't expect more, it would be great if someone could make a grinder that doesn't feel like it's assaulting your senses in the mornings.
