I ordered a medium, it came in a sealed package marked small but the tag clearly said medium and it was far too large for my 6'2" 225lbs. So, I ordered small instead and returned the medium (which is what I had ordered) but when Revain got the packaging, it said small since I had reused the original packaging. They refunded my second purchase of an actual small (which I still have) and are waiting for my return of a medium which I never had a package for. So, who knows what will become of that refund process.Now to the item itself, even the small lacked sufficient compression. There simply is not enough spandex in the device to provide the proper compression and it must be really cheap spandex because in just a dozen uses, it has stretched to where it now does very little at all.So, poorly constructed product, improper packaging by the factory and a royally screwed up return has left me an unhappy customer. Back to Ace where I know I can trust the quality.
