It looks like a really good charcoal toothpaste.

I've switched from regular brands with chemicals and carcinogens (I'm looking at you Titanium Dioxide) to more natural toothpastes. I still want fluoride. This is a fluoride-free charcoal toothpaste. So when I brush my teeth, I mix them with Tom's brand toothpaste. I think I can already notice the difference in whiteness. The consistency is excellent. I plan to continue using this brand.
