This is PERFECT! I originally wanted to pierce the upper cartilage and it worked so well that I used the second to pierce the helix. I read to put it behind the ear, it worked like a charm, then I bent it and haven't taken it out since! I have a satin pillow case so any gemstone, rhinestone or jagged diamond earrings will stick to the case and tug on your ear, not these, they are simple and perfect. My hair didn't get tangled in it while reading, I've had no issues with metal, and I can't wear faux metal jewelry as I have very sensitive skin. HIGHLY recommended 🙌
