It was a bad idea to buy this, money wasted.
For running, no, for music, no, just to wear? I don’t think either . If in general, then plus one, you can hear well what is happening around. The sound can be compared with a radio in a minibus that plays at the driver's, and you are at the end of the cabin . I have nothing against this company, besides for such an amount (although at the time of purchase it was 449 (in "some "digital store), but in my opinion the model is extremely unsuccessful.
