I like that it's easy to use, but not too user friendly for those who aren't very tech savvy or computer literate which can be frustrating when you need something done quickly! It would help if there was an option of having more than one person using this software since sometimes we have multiple people working at different times in our office so being able access each other files makes things easier as well.-The ability add new users-Easy file sharing between team members via cloud drive -Saves time by sending documents back & forth through email instead because they are already stored online.
