Excellent Hosting provider with excellent customer support
The ease of use, price point, customer support is excellent! There are no downsides to this host as far I am aware. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking at web hosts or even just another provider in general. We've been using their services since 2008 but have moved onto other providers recently due to cost issues with our old supplier. It's not really any problems we had previously were fixed when moving over (except maybe bandwidth restrictions) so it was easy enough migration process from my perspective.
Pros
- Free SSL security certificates if you need one installed quickly without spending your own money like many others do; great technical assistance/support that will assist customers who may be new users into learning about how hosting servers works etc.; good server uptimes compared too previous suppliers which used much older hardware they're newer machines seem more robust than those offered
