I am 5’6 143 and I got an XL. I wish you could mix and match because the top was a good size, a little small but I am a 34B last time I checked. It was about as difficult as putting on a tight swimsuit.The bottoms were what I was worried about since I am a 29-30 in pants size. They fit a little weird around the thighs but were good for the most part.Size up.
