This item is a joke. 9 understood it wasn't gonna hold much but its literally a screw hole. And let me tell you-do this over paper so you can put back all the ashes that spills everywhere. Thr worse part is that you have to stab the ashes to fit and assume any are actually inside or if they all fell out. Once done and you try to close it back up with the screw its absolutely more of a nightmare. Like I said the HOLE for ashes is literally the same hole for the screw itself. After trying half an hour and the screw not fitting, ans restarting thr ashes down more, I finally gave up and super glued over the screw so it wouldn't open (which is kept did prior to the glue). Please don't waste your time with this item. You'll spend more time upset that you have to stab your pets or loved ones ashes all over the place and still end up with a none working product.Also they refused to refund because ashes were already added to it. Find another-better urn necklace.
