The best benefit I have found so far is that it provides us with real-time information about current employee's status, which helps in making decisions regarding payroll & benefits. This software also allows for more efficient communication between all members within our team, including supervisors/managers/teachers. It has been able to help me manage my calendar as well! Nothing really, everything works great when using this software! Sometimes there are some errors but they can be fixed very quickly. When we started using this system, we realized how much work was involved in sending paychecks every month to each individual. With this application, we no longer need to do any paperwork or hand deliver checks. The ease of use of the software, the ability for my team to go in and make changes on their own, and the ability to use the software across my organization. The company itself has been great to work with and the software is fantastic. I have not found a thing I dislike. The biggest issue is that we have not been able to use the software across all of our locations. It is a great tool and has allowed us to be more efficient in our hiring and timekeeping.
