Get ready with the tools
The replacement process was annoying. Be prepared to use a screwdriver to (carefully) pry the old filter out of the showerhead. Otherwise mine wouldn't move. Also, be prepared to grasp the tabs on the paper caps on the inlet and outlet of the new filter with tweezers. Covers do not come off cleanly. I had to use my tools again to (cleanly) remove the remaining paper and glue.
