I like that it is secure, easy to use, has good customer service, and can be used for both personal and professional reasons. There are some things about this program that could improve such as more robust security options (aside from 2FA). Also, there should be an option where you don't have to create another account when logging into multiple devices or computers at once. This helps with organization because now all my documents will always go back to the same location instead of having them scattered around everywhere. It also makes finding files easier since they're stored together and not dispersed throughout different folders.
