Terrible product! for hair care

I applied Cremo hair dye to my husband's hair as directed, we were told to leave it on for 5 minutes so we did and there was no chance of the colour you could save seeing all of his gray hair so we left it on for another 10 minutes and my husband washed it off and his hair was the same color before coloring. There were no changes. I never recommend this product! Very disappointed!
