Surprisingly good CPU fans

This is one of the few small tower air coolers (92mm fan). I used Noctua D9L on my old server and it worked great. Comparing this and the D9L side-by-side, they're about the same weight and size. At this price, the quality exceeded my expectations, and on top of that it has RGB. Temperatures are great, around 65C/150F with a full workload or a bench like Cinebench r15. I hooked this up to a 95 watt i9 9900k on a server motherboard (c246) which capped the i9 at exactly 95 watts. Don't compare my number to yours on the z390 motherboard or other non-server boards as your 9900k can run at 130w+. The result is very similar to my noctua D9L. The difference is less than 5 degrees. The noise level is difficult to measure as the background noise in my warehouse is around 30dB making it difficult to write down meaningful numbers for almost every cooler I have owned. But it's definitely not loud. The mount is the same as one of the most popular air coolers (Hyper 212). The back support is pretty much the same, which makes me wonder. Hm. This brand just copied the design, but good. I do not care. It's not the best mount design, but it's one of the best (or possibly the best) at this price point. Overall I am 100% satisfied and would recommend this cooler to anyone who needs a small air cooler.
