Now it works fine, but ordering spare parts will not work.

The pump works as advertised and I am happy so far. The problem is that after numerous emails from Hydor I found out that I had no way of purchasing replacement parts. In their own words, "Whether or not your warranty has expired, there are no replacement parts to purchase or order." Why was not explained. This policy encourages me to go elsewhere for future pump needs.
