Read description. When I received them I must have misunderstood the description because it's actually one of the earrings... I have two ears so I had to buy a second one. Balls are fun. If you manage to keep them running, kudos to you. Also, the earrings are a bit thicker than regular earrings, so it's a little hard to reach the cartilage area if you're not used to wearing them. But overall they look good and although I've only managed to get an earring in my ear once, I plan to wear them more often. When you first get them, allow a good 10-15 minutes for them to get into your ears or, like me, you might get frustrated and find your back rolling all over the floor.
