Review on Philips QP230 50 Oneblade Replacement by Virot Wrintharawet ᠌

Great product, best quality.

I am currently writing a review not only on the blades themselves, but also on the razor in its entirety. My neck was always a source of irritation for me, and I believe it was either caused by ingrown hairs, the texture of my hair (which is slightly wavy), or the fact that it grew in an erratic pattern. Ingrown hairs were the most common cause. But using this razor was very helpful for me. I have no idea what the meaning of annoyance is. Since I've been using oneBlade for about two years now, I can confidently say that it's a product that's well worth the investment. It maintains its charge for a very long time; considering that I shave three times per week, I only have to charge it once every one to one and a half months (although I know that there are early versions that do not hold well due to a different type of battery). For me personally, one replacement blade is sufficient for three to four months' time. On the other hand, it most likely depends on the amount of shaving and bristles that are present here (I have harsh bristles). I find that shaving dry is the most effective method. It shaves less cleanly than usual, but if you adjust your technique, you can get results that are very similar to those of a traditional shave. In a nutshell, I would suggest it. The fact that the hairs are so easy to dislodge means that you will need to give the entire sink and mirror a thorough cleaning after each use. In theory, this is something that can be counted as a benefit because both your sink and your mirror will never get dirty.

Pros
  • Long duration of service No irritation
Cons
  • Although I wish it were less expensive, there are frequently discounts available through sales and specials that can be taken advantage of. When you shave, everything flies off in a million different directions.
