Very hard cutting tools

Too hard for a child with limited fine motor skills. I bought safety scissors for my special needs child. She has to work on paper cutting. These are the worst of the 5 brands. They are very tight to open. She needs to become familiar with cutting motion planning before working on reinforcement. They are acceptable for my normally developing six year old.
