The ease of use, ability to integrate with other platforms such as Salesforce is very helpful in keeping track not only for my office but also all our clients (customers).

I love that it's intuitive which makes using this software much easier than any type or platform out there! There isn't anything about Synapse Innovation at present time we dislike however if you are looking into an integrated CRM solution look no further because synapse innovation has got your back covered!! We have been able so far solve problems regarding data management & reporting across multiple departments within one system -.
