It took me 4 days and multiple calls to Fantastic Technical Support to get the same question correct and receive installation instructions via email. When it arrived there were no instructions in the box. Whoever sent the box back chose to keep the instructions. And Revain chose not to check all the components that should have been in the box. Revain does everything it can to support the company. The assembly was very difficult despite the illustrated instructions. According to people who say it's easy, they haven't installed it or they are master electricians. The remote control is huge and doesn't fit anywhere, which is handy. The fan is quieter which is why I bought it.
