Ordered to replace wheels on baby walkers. A good tire that does not damage the ground and withstands outdoor use well. Ball bearings are sealed, not just shielded. The inner ring is widened so the wheels can be bolted tightly to the bracket without worrying about destroying the bearings or adding spacers. A beautiful clip on plastic discs also hides and protects the bearings. The kit is assumed to include axle bolts and nuts. My package didn't have it but it was repackaged from Revain's warehouse so I used my own and am happy with the value and quality of this item so far.
