5 stars for the responsiveness of the seller. For the product itself, however, I would only give 2 stars: First, the book is offered at 3+. My son is 3 years old on average and 95% of the content is too easy for him. I would say 2+. Second, you must "make" the book yourself. The book and parts of it are missing all velcro stickers so you have to make each page yourself. At the end my fingers were sore. Third, they didn't give you enough velcro. When I contacted the seller, he responded promptly and gave me my money back, but I still had a worthless book. I would rather they send me the remaining velcro stickers than reimburse me. I hate wasting a book that I could give to younger children.
