I use them with Pebeo paints. They are great for smoothing the edges of embossed lines. Doesn't fall much because a little cotton is tightly wrapped at the end. They make small clean-ups easier. I wish it was cotton on both ends so I could double my money! But that doesn't stop me from buying again. They are packed in a ziplock bag, which is normal.
