Not the best but customer service is great.

This doesn't work well with my setup, I have a 2016 MacBook Pro and a 42" Samsung QLED Smart TV. The picture flickers every 3 seconds. This happens every time I try to use it. After several attempts trying different settings on both devices I've come to the conclusion that it's not working properly They contacted me and tried to find a solution, after sharing more information they found out that it wasn't It was compatible with my laptop and offered a refund. I received a refund. I'm glad they made an effort to fix it.
