The ability to have our own dashboard on top of the software with our own custom fields. We can make it as simple or complex as we want. There are some quirks with the interface but nothing too major. I do not like that they made us use their proprietary software for everything. Instead of using our own database and software, they made us use theirs. That's not something I can get behind. If you're looking for an all in one freight management software, this may be the solution. It has helped us keep track of our inventory and shipments. I also love how easy it is to add new customers and move them to our system.
