I like how easy it is for me or my team members that are not technical people but need access to web tools such as blogs etc., they have no problem using this software! The customer support has been very helpful too when we've had questions about something in particular (or just general use).

It's hard sometimes getting used to all these features since there isn't always someone around who knows exactly what buttons do so if you're new here give yourself some extra training time with tutorials from their website before trying out your own stuff - otherwise things may get confusing quickly!! Having our blog integrated into the main page makes everything run smoother than having separate pages/websites which was another option previously considered by us.
