Always get necklaces with the wrong word.
Twice I ordered a necklace with the words HOPE and twice received a necklace with the words HAPPINESS. My receipts say HOPE and my necklaces say LUCK. SO DISAPPOINTED! The quality and style is great but if I can't find the right word it's impossible to gift and it's definitely not a word I would ever wear so I've got two useless necklaces now although I like it would have had if I had found the right word and was able to give some away.
