Today I received a pillow. Comes vacuum packed in a rigid roll with instructions to let stand for two hours to reach its full size. My pillow sat there for five hours and remained the warped, flattened mess it was when I unwrapped it. In addition, several layers of memory foam appear to be glued together and upon arrival the glue is already dissolving and the layers are separating. Extremely poor quality product. If I had paid a dollar I would have expected it but not forty dollars! I've already started processing my refund, but I'm hoping to save someone else the trouble of ordering this plagiarism. The photos provided show the seams coming loose and the pillow in its current condition.
