Setup was difficult but not as difficult as I expected from other reviews. I made it on my own - and I'm an old lady with arthritis. After the first one I used the included clips on the inner flags/diffusers instead of the sewn in fabric covers which made the build a lot easier. Expect to use your whole body when setting them up alone - LOL - I used my legs to push and my arms to pull. They will be in my studio permanently - I have no plans to take them apart or travel with them. Once assembled, the shape and grilles were a huge improvement over my round product reflectors. Tall glass objects look much better thanks to the specular light (rectangular reflections). Mesh really helps with ambient light. They came with everything I needed to just add my flashes, place them on their stands and start shooting. Structurally they are not top class, but really good for the price. If you were to take them apart and reinstall them regularly I don't think they would be strong enough. But for studio work - they will do it, I'm very happy with them.
