This backrest fits my 2009 Harley Davidson Streetbob perfectly! The backrest itself is a very solid addition to my bike! IN THIS CASE, DO NOT USE THE SUPPLIED DEVICE! Accessories for connecting the rear panel to the side panels - pure junk! When I started tightening it, it literally pulled the threads off the screw. I had to break them all because neither an electric shock nor a wrench could loosen them as the threads in the nut were broken. Once you get those back, head down to your local hardware store and get some good real bolts and locknuts. I have no doubt that someone could easily lean back too far with the junk gear provided and the gear would break instantly, posing a hazard to your rider. The rest of the back is a good choice.
