So I prefer hand rolled sushi because it uses less rice. But. this thing rocks! It's easy to use and fast when you're preparing a party or family dinner. I donated a few of these too and everyone was excited to try them out, I even got a photo of their finished product. The seller wrote about how to use it, including lightly rubbing vegetable oil on the parts. I'm still trying to make it with less rice and more filler, getting a little bit better each time. So it's great for making quick lunch rolls or a quick batch of them.
