These bulbs are significantly brighter and whiter than the original bulbs. Don't expect a "blue hidden" color from them. The bulbs that give you that "blue" light are actually giving you less light (unless you upgrade to HID or LED bulbs) due to the thick layer of blue paint on the bulbs. Let's hope they last a while. You can compare the new zXe bulbs above and the original bulbs in my picture below. (Upper - headlights with zXe bulbs, lower - fog lights with original bulbs. Previously the headlights were exactly the same yellowish color as the fog lights)
