Not worth it.: Cuticle scissors

You get what you pay for. They look ridiculously sharp but become dull after a few weeks. Not sure what type of metal it is, but it doesn't look like any other high quality, well working hair clipper. Don't waste your money and spend a little more for the ones that last and work.
