I think it's really a problem with the Galaxy s9's curved display, but the screen protector keeps coming down the sides and I have to keep pressing on it. Retreat. The system to apply was easy but you are prompted to watch the video before trying and the video is only available via a QR code. I had to figure out how to scan QR codes on a brand new phone and then get the video link and email it to my computer so I can view the video on screen. It's just a youtube video. You could at least provide a human readable link. Now I'm looking for a different protective film instead of this one. Everything was fine for less than a week.
