Takes a couple of weeks to get adjusted to

Hard roller balls at base of seat, but if you place a towel in front of them it doesn't hurt.
Took a while but I really like this thing! Had mine for about 3 weeks now. Just wish the neck portion moved up and down automatically like the back does
