Amazing stretches and information

I have previously purchased the Perfect Pointe book from the authors and I really liked the organization of the chapters and am actually on the second level of this program as I write this. I bought this book at a poll and found it a bit overwhelming at first as it contains more anatomical information and stretch marks are presented as a glossary rather than a fixed weekly program. However, after spending more time educating myself about stretch marks, I developed my own weekly program. There are a lot of amazing hip stretches here that I haven't seen anywhere else and I have a huge collection of workout videos. I also look forward to reading this book further, it is very informative, especially for its scope. I'll probably collect all the authors' workbooks!
