Review on CHI Silk Infusion, 12 Fluid Ounces by David Pack

I've been using this product since 2000 and believe me I KNOW how it should look and smell. Last year I noticed that it has now become transparent and the smell is not that strong anymore. I started thinking, like everyone else, I was WRONG. So I contacted the company and they told me they changed it. They stopped responding when I asked if they would make the old formula for us die-hard users. They don't care what you think and they won't come back. Now I'm forced to hunt down the old ones at random supermarkets. I am very frustrated that Chi doesn't care at all about what their customers want.
