Light and sharp
My wife sews a lot and is very picky about the scissors she uses. They are really good at removing stitches. They are sharp enough to quickly cut through thread or material and light enough not to be fatiguing. Hard plastic handles, not the most comfortable material. And while protective covers protect the cutting edges when not in use, they are transparent and small and easily lost, limiting their usefulness.
