Review on πŸ‘“ Gamma Ray Blue Light Blocking Reading Glasses: Amber Tint Lens for Reduced Eye Strain by Holly Wille

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I'm wearing them as I write this.

I'm literally wearing them as I write this. These are solid computer glasses. I work in IT for one of the largest consulting firms in the world and also for a Fortune 100 company, so I work long hours and always in front of a screen. Before that, I had left the office with migraines at least weekly, but every day with some sort of eye strain or headache. It is really important. They reduce glare and reduce the harshness of blue light, so you no longer feel tight and achy. I can stare at a screen for hours (more than 10 hours a day on average) and feel like I'm just reading a book for a few minutes. it is day and night. Even my friend who had no eye strain complaints noticed a significant improvement in visual comfort. It's also the perfect size. They look great on my big oval/round head and my head is huge (my head should fit a one size shaved bald head, all should only connect at TWO points so I have a big skull but I'm a big guy , so it's ok) if he was even an inch shorter he would be too small but he's perfect for me and my ex girlfriend who is 5ft 2in and 90lbs (i.e. ( She's basically a Chihuahua) also looks super sexy in it. This is the perfect size for 99% of people. But more importantly, they're not nearly the same shade of yellow, which is why I wear them to work, meetings and presentations , and they don't look like scrubs at all. Sure, I wear them to work, but I also use them when playing games on my console computer, especially at night when display contrast and darkness are at their highest blue Blocking light from screens, I started wearing them when watching TV games or using my computer or phone before bed because I've read that blue light disturbs your sleep. I actually had a slight improvement in my sleep time (slight but noticeable), which is a solid pair of stats. When mine wear out, I'll take two more, just in case.
