5”3: 191 and the large works well for me. I have found these leggings gives me much support (holding butt, stomach, waist, and thighs in place with a slimming effect). In which I wear these leggings underwear my clothing (ripped jeans, wide legged pants, and maxi dresses) but you can also get away in wear them with a long tunic as well.
