First of all I was very happy to give this to my husband for Christmas. When I first received it I noticed that the box was damaged and had a hole on the outside. At first I just thought it was damaged in transit as I know this actually happens. When my husband went to open the box he noticed that where the hole was there was a mark that looked like work. He said it looked like it would be used. I just told him to just try the massager and see how it works. As he approached the outlet, he noticed that the plug was also damaged. He couldn't even turn it on if he wanted to! When he showed it to me I was shocked. This product was too expensive for that. Why ship a broken and damaged item? My husband said to return it and buy another one but I am so upset that I will be returning it and buying from another company and pray it doesn't happen again. That's just funny!
