Various advantages, such as the battery life, screen, and overall quality of the sensors and dials, plus the fact that they are in AOD mode. Has certain drawbacks, such as the fact that the display occasionally flickers when the screen is off or when it's on a gray background (I don't know if this is due to the temperature or not until I figure it out).
