I like that it has all of my contacts in one place, so if someone needs to reach me at work or out-of hours they can do this easily without having multiple numbers/emails etc stored elsewhere! It also lets you keep track of your time spent working for each client which helps when billing them accurately (and not forgetting anything!). The interface could be better - sometimes there are issues where clicking things doesn't always have any effect but just takes up space until eventually something happens? Not sure how often these occur though as we've only had our account set up since last week :). Having everything together makes keeping records much easier too!! We're using intelliMas mainly because its easy enought use yet powerful once used correctly :) So far no real problems other than minor glitches here &there such as needing more memory during certain tasks however nothing major really either way great product overall would recommend 100%. Keeping accurate timesheets.
